In these terms and conditions:

  • “We” and “us” refers to Space 11 Ltd, trading as Matt Kavanagh.

  • “You” and “the customer” refers to the purchaser of the Goods from us.

  • “Contract” means the contract between us for the sale and purchase of the Goods, which incorporates these Terms & Conditions.

  • “Goods” means the items purchased by you from us.

  • “Terms” means these terms and conditions.

These Terms are the only terms and conditions on which we contract for the sale of Goods and form an integral part of the Contract between us. Any variations must be agreed in writing by our duly authorised representative and by you.

Space 11 Ltd is the owner or licensee of the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to the website and all information, images and other content published on it. Copyright © Space 11 Ltd.

As such they should not be downloaded, shared or copied without the express permission of Space 11 or its respective licensees.

PRICES

  • All prices are quoted in GBP and exclude UK VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

  • The cost of packaging, insurance and shipping is not included in the price of the Goods and will be charged separately.

  • For bespoke, special or international orders, shipping and packaging costs will be confirmed after the order is placed and must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

  • For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, the customer is solely responsible for any import duties, customs charges, local taxes, VAT, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

  • We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate or refund them.

  • All prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

TAXES & VAT (IMPORTANT)

  • Goods are supplied from the United Kingdom.

  • UK VAT is not charged on Goods exported outside the UK.

  • Customers outside the UK may be required to pay local VAT, sales tax or equivalent taxes upon import, in accordance with local regulations.

  • Failure to pay applicable import taxes or duties may result in delays, storage charges or return of the Goods. Any resulting costs are the responsibility of the customer.

HANDMADE PRODUCTS

  • Our products are handcrafted; therefore, we cannot guarantee that physical items will look exactly like the images on our website.

  • Minor variations in texture, colour, and grain patterns are natural and should not be considered defects but rather a hallmark of the handmade process.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Full payment is required before Goods are delivered.

  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.

  • For commissioned works a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work commences, with the balance payable upon completion.

  • Deposits for commissioned work are non-refundable once work has commenced.

 

DELIVERY

  • Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

  • Delivery times for international orders may be affected by customs clearance procedures beyond our control.

  • If Goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging for inspection and insurance purposes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • When ordering Goods for delivery outside the United Kingdom, you acknowledge that customs procedures may apply.

  • Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the Goods or shipping costs.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities or border control processes.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Goods are made to order and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has commenced, except where required by law or where Goods are faulty.

  • This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

RISK & OWNERSHIP

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

  • Ownership of Goods remains with us until full payment is received.

 

FAULTY GOODS, WARRANTIES & LIABILITY

  • We warrant that Goods will correspond with their description at the time of sale.

  • If a defect becomes apparent within six months of delivery, you must notify us promptly.

  • Where a defect is confirmed as our responsibility, we may repair or replace the Goods at our discretion.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Goods.

 

PRIVACY

  • Personal information provided during an order will not be disclosed to third parties except where necessary for payment processing and delivery.

  • We process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.

 

CUSTOMER DEFAULT

We reserve the right to cancel a Contract and recover any unpaid Goods if:

  • Incorrect personal details are provided.

  • Payments are cancelled or defaulted.

  • The customer becomes insolvent.

  • The customer breaches these Terms.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption or supply shortages.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All designs, images, and content on our site remain our intellectual property.

  • You may not copy or reproduce any materials without written permission.

 

DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW

  • Any dispute not resolved through direct negotiation may be referred to mediation by mutual agreement.

  • These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

 

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.

  • The version in force at the time of your order will apply.
