RETURNS

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on unwanted goods due to the fact everything is made to order or uniquely crafted. If you do have any concerns about an order you have received, please do not hesitate to contact us.  

 

CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES

Once we receive an order, it is quickly moved into the studio to be made and or dispatched if already crafted. Therefore, we don’t accept cancellations or changes, but please contact us if you have any questions about your order. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

On the rare occasion there is a problem with an item, we are happy to help. Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.

Please send photos of the fault via email to hello@space11.co.uk stating the problem and your online order details.
